How we deliver it

The United As 1 way

A matched worker

We introduce your worker before your first session. Not the right fit? Tell us and we'll change it.

A plan workers read first

Your support plan says how you like things done. Every worker reads and confirms it before they start.

Notes you can see

After each session your worker writes a note. You read it, confirm it, or tell us something isn't right.

NDIS funding

Usually funded from Core supports: Assistance with Social and Community Participation, at group rates.

Check your plan, or ask your support coordinator or plan manager. Not sure? Call us and we'll help you work it out. Our prices stay within the NDIS price limits.

Questions

Questions about group and centre activities

How big are the groups?

Small. One worker supports two or three people, so everyone gets attention and the NDIS group rate applies.

Will other people see my information?

No. Everyone in a group has their own support plan and their own records. Nobody sees anyone else's.

Can I try a group before committing?

Yes. Call us and we'll arrange a first session.

Not sure where to start?

Call us for a friendly chat about what you're looking for. There's no pressure to decide, and we're happy to talk with your family or coordinator too.
