Feedback and complaints
Tell us what's working, and what isn't
We want to hear what we're doing well and what we could do better. Raising a concern will never affect your support, and you can have someone speak for you.
How to tell us
Three ways, whichever is easiest
In the United As 1 app
Under Feedback & complaints. You'll see when it's been received, who's looking into it, and the outcome.
Call or email the office
Call 0406 968 719 or email admin@unitedas1.com.au. We'll write it down and get back to you.
Ask someone to speak for you
A family member, friend, advocate or coordinator can raise it on your behalf.
What happens next
How we handle a complaint
1
We acknowledge it
You'll hear from us quickly, so you know it's been received and who's handling it.
2
We look into it
We talk to you, and to anyone involved, and keep a record of what we find.
3
We tell you the outcome
What we found, what we've changed, and what to do if you're not happy with our answer.
