About United As 1
You, your family, your worker and our office. Working as one.
United As 1 is a registered NDIS provider based in Claremont Meadows, supporting people in Western Sydney and across NSW. Our name says how we work: everyone around a person, pulling in the same direction.
What we stand for
Six things you can hold us to
We listen first
Your support plan is written with you, in your words, about what matters to you.
We stay accountable
Your agreement is with us. Our office arranges, backs up and answers for every worker.
We show our work
Our app lets you see what's happening, rather than taking it on trust.
We respect who you are
Your culture, language, beliefs, privacy and choices come first, including the right to take risks.
We follow the rules
The NDIS Code of Conduct and Practice Standards guide everything we do. Raising a concern never affects your support.
We're local
Based in Western Sydney, supporting people across the region and NSW.
Why we built our own app
Because "trust us" isn't good enough
Most providers run on phone calls and paper. We built the United As 1 app so everyone can see what's happening.
What it's for
So participants and families can see their support, not just take it on trust.
So workers arrive prepared, with the support plan and handover notes already read.
So nothing is lost in text messages: notes, changes and decisions are recorded.
So coordinators and plan managers get progress and invoices without chasing.
Local, and proud of it
Western Sydney is home
Our office is in Claremont Meadows, near Penrith, and most of the people we support live in the suburbs around us: Penrith, St Marys, Mount Druitt, Blacktown, Parramatta and Liverpool. Our workers are matched to the areas they choose to travel to, so they know the place as well as the person.
Our registration
Registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
