How we deliver it

The United As 1 way

A matched worker

We introduce your worker before your first session. Not the right fit? Tell us and we'll change it.

A plan workers read first

Your support plan says how you like things done. Every worker reads and confirms it before they start.

Notes you can see

After each session your worker writes a note. You read it, confirm it, or tell us something isn't right.

NDIS funding

Usually funded from Capacity Building: Finding and Keeping a Job.

Check your plan, or ask your support coordinator or plan manager. Not sure? Call us and we'll help you work it out. Our prices stay within the NDIS price limits.

Questions

Questions about finding and keeping a job

Do you find the job for me?

We support you to find and apply for jobs, and we work with you on everything around it. The job is yours.

Will my employer know about my support?

Only if you want them to. Many people prefer support outside work hours, and that's fine.

Not sure where to start?

Call us for a friendly chat about what you're looking for. There's no pressure to decide, and we're happy to talk with your family or coordinator too.
