How we deliver it

The United As 1 way

A matched worker

We introduce your worker before your first session. Not the right fit? Tell us and we'll change it.

A plan workers read first

Your support plan says how you like things done. Every worker reads and confirms it before they start.

Notes you can see

After each session your worker writes a note. You read it, confirm it, or tell us something isn't right.

NDIS funding

Usually funded from Core supports: Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation.

Check your plan, or ask your support coordinator or plan manager. Not sure? Call us and we'll help you work it out. Our prices stay within the NDIS price limits.

Questions

Questions about community participation

Can my worker drive me?

Yes, where transport is in your plan. We only roster workers who are approved to drive participants, with a licensed, insured car.

Who pays for activities and entry fees?

You pay your own entry fees and costs, like anyone else. Your worker's time is what the NDIS funds.

Can I choose where we go?

Always. It's your time. Your worker is there to support your choices.

Not sure where to start?

Call us for a friendly chat about what you're looking for. There's no pressure to decide, and we're happy to talk with your family or coordinator too.
