How we deliver it
The United As 1 way
A matched worker
We introduce your worker before your first session. Not the right fit? Tell us and we'll change it.
A plan workers read first
Your support plan says how you like things done. Every worker reads and confirms it before they start.
Notes you can see
After each session your worker writes a note. You read it, confirm it, or tell us something isn't right.
NDIS funding
Usually funded from Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living.
Check your plan, or ask your support coordinator or plan manager. Not sure? Call us and we'll help you work it out. Our prices stay within the NDIS price limits.
Questions
Questions about life skills
How do you track progress?
Each goal is in your support plan. Workers note progress after sessions, and you can see how you're tracking in the app.
Can skills be practised in the community?
Yes. Travel training happens on real trains and buses, and cooking happens in your kitchen.
Is this for young people too?
It suits many ages. Tell us about the person and we'll talk through what we can offer.
Not sure where to start?
Call us for a friendly chat about what you're looking for. There's no pressure to decide, and we're happy to talk with your family or coordinator too.
