Questions

Questions about household tasks

Do you bring cleaning products?

Usually we use what's in your home, so it's what you're used to. Tell us if you'd like us to bring supplies.

Can household tasks be combined with other support?

Yes. Many people have a worker help with housework and personal care or community access in the same visit.

How often can I have help?

That's set in your plan and service agreement. Weekly and fortnightly are common.

Not sure where to start?

Call us for a friendly chat about what you're looking for. There's no pressure to decide, and we're happy to talk with your family or coordinator too.
