How we deliver it
The United As 1 way
A matched worker
We introduce your worker before your first session. Not the right fit? Tell us and we'll change it.
A plan workers read first
Your support plan says how you like things done. Every worker reads and confirms it before they start.
Notes you can see
After each session your worker writes a note. You read it, confirm it, or tell us something isn't right.
NDIS funding
Usually funded from Core supports: Assistance with Daily Life.
Check your plan, or ask your support coordinator or plan manager. Not sure? Call us and we'll help you work it out. Our prices stay within the NDIS price limits.
Questions
Questions about daily living
Is this the same as Supported Independent Living?
No. United As 1 isn't registered for SIL. This is day-to-day support in your own home or shared home, arranged around your routine.
Can the same worker come each time?
That's what we aim for. When your regular worker is away, we arrange someone else and tell you who's coming.
Can my worker help me learn to do things myself?
Yes. Tell us what you'd like to do on your own, and we'll build it into your support plan and goals.
Not sure where to start?
Call us for a friendly chat about what you're looking for. There's no pressure to decide, and we're happy to talk with your family or coordinator too.
