We introduce your worker before your first session. Not the right fit? Tell us and we'll change it.
A plan workers read first
Your support plan says how you like things done. Every worker reads and confirms it before they start.
Notes you can see
After each session your worker writes a note. You read it, confirm it, or tell us something isn't right.

Check your plan, or ask your support coordinator or plan manager. Not sure? Call us and we'll help you work it out. Our prices stay within the NDIS price limits.
Questions
Questions about personal care
Can I choose a male or female worker?
Yes. Tell us your preference and we'll match you. It's recorded in your support plan so every worker knows.
What about medication?
Our workers can remind and prompt you to take medication, but they don't give it. Anything more is arranged with your own health professionals.
Who sees my personal care plan?
Only the workers rostered with you, and our office. You decide what else is shared.
Not sure where to start?
Call us for a friendly chat about what you're looking for. There's no pressure to decide, and we're happy to talk with your family or coordinator too.
