For families and carers
Stay in the loop, without having to chase anyone
When someone you love is supported by United As 1, you don't have to wonder how the day went. With their permission, the app shows you what's happening, and one office answers for every worker.

What you can see and do
With their permission, you're never in the dark
The person chooses each permission, and can change or take it back at any time. Nobody sees anything they haven't agreed to share.
Their sessions
Upcoming sessions and who supports them, by first name.
Session notes
What workers write after each session, and the service records.
Plan and goals
Their support plan, goals and how they're progressing.
Invoices and documents
Invoices, the service agreement and other documents.
Speak up for them
Message the office, ask to move a session or raise a concern on their behalf.
Sign as their representative
If you're their nominee or guardian, read and sign documents from your own account, with a full record of who signed and when.
For families and carers
As involved as they want you to be
Some people want their family to see everything. Some want to keep it private. The person decides, and the app follows their choice. Either way, our office is always the one responsible.
Why families choose us
Peace of mind, built in
You can be as involved as the person wants you to be, and our office is one phone call away.
What that means in practice
One accountable provider: the service agreement is with United As 1, not with an individual worker.
No gaps: if a worker can't come, we arrange someone else and tell you.
Everything recorded: notes, changes and decisions are kept and visible, not lost in text messages.
Their privacy, their choice: you only see what they've agreed to share.
Workers who are screened, trained and supervised, and who read the support plan before they start.
Questions
Questions families ask
How do I get access to my family member's information?
They give you access in the app, choosing exactly what you can see. If they need help to do that, call us and we'll help.
I'm their guardian or nominee. Can I sign for them?
Yes. Once we've recorded your authority, we link it to your own account so you can read and sign documents for them, and every signature is recorded.
Can I raise a concern without them knowing?
For anything about their safety, call us straight away. Concerns raised in the app are visible to the participant, so call the office if they shouldn't see it.
What if something goes wrong on a shift?
Our office is always responsible. In an emergency call 000, then call us.
Not sure where to start?
Call us for a friendly chat about what you're looking for. There's no pressure to decide, and we're happy to talk with your family or coordinator too.
