Why choose United As 1
Six reasons people choose us
Your agreement is with a registered provider
You sign one service agreement, with United As 1. We're registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and we're responsible for the support you receive.
We find the right worker with you
We take time to understand your needs, goals, culture and what matters to you, then introduce your worker before your first session. Not the right fit? Tell us and we'll change it.
Someone is always responsible
If your worker is sick or away, our office arranges someone else and lets you know. You're not left to sort it out yourself.
Workers who are ready for you
Every worker is NDIS screened, trained and supervised, and reads your support plan before they start.
You can see everything
The United As 1 app shows your sessions, who's coming, the notes from each session, your goals and your invoices.
Your say, always
Your choices come first, including the right to take risks and to say no. Raising a concern never affects your support.
Support that fits around you
Your routine, your way, with a worker who knows how you like things done
Help in the morning, getting to work or TAFE, or getting out to the things you enjoy. Your worker follows your support plan, written with you, in your words.
The same worker where we can, and someone we introduce when we can't
A note after every session, for you to read and confirm
Your choices first, including the right to say no

Paying for support
Self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed
We support participants with every kind of NDIS plan. Our prices stay within the NDIS price limits, and every invoice shows exactly what it covers.
Self-managed
We invoice you, and you claim it back from the NDIS. You can see every invoice in the app.
Plan-managed
We send each invoice straight to your plan manager the day it's issued, with your NDIS number on it.
NDIA-managed
We claim from the NDIA for you. There's nothing for you to pay.
